Practical AI systems for service companies

Take repetitive work off your team’s plate.

We build focused systems that organize company knowledge, connect workflows, improve communication, and handle work your team should not still be doing by hand.

Built around the tools you already use. You own everything.

The problem

Start with the work slowing your team down.

  • Scattered information.
  • Manual reporting.
  • Repetitive emails.
  • Disconnected software.
  • Processes that only work because one person remembers every step.

We find the highest-value problem and build a practical way to fix it.

Capabilities

What we build

Knowledge systems

Turn your documents, policies, and processes into reliable answers your team can access quickly.

e.g. an employee asks a question, gets an answer from your actual rules

Workflow automation

Connect repetitive tasks across your apps, spreadsheets, calendars, forms, and inboxes.

e.g. a process known by one person becomes repeatable

Communication systems

Improve lead follow-up, customer updates, internal handoffs, and routine responses.

e.g. a routine question gets answered correctly, no wait

Custom AI tools

Build focused tools for reporting, research, writing, planning, and quality control.

e.g. a monthly report drafts itself from your own data

Examples

Small systems can solve expensive problems.

  • A searchable assistant trained on company processes
  • Automated weekly reporting across several platforms
  • Customer updates triggered by project milestones
  • A quality-control tool that checks work before it reaches a client
  • A workflow that moves information between disconnected tools

AI Systems Diagnostic

Need a deeper look?

The AI Systems Diagnostic identifies where your business is losing time, leads, or capacity and determines what is actually worth fixing. Five to seven days, start to finish.

AI Systems Diagnostic

$1,500

The diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved build started within 30 days.

If an existing tool already solves the problem, we’ll recommend it. You should not pay for a custom build you do not need.

You receive
  • Your highest-value opportunities
  • Estimated time or leads recovered
  • A working demonstration
  • A practical implementation plan

Guarantee

The diagnostic is guaranteed.

If we cannot document a realistic opportunity worth more than the diagnostic itself, you get the full $1,500 back.

You are the judge of that, not us. If you read the findings and do not think they were worth the money, say so and it is refunded. No argument, no process to work through.

Track record

Laveo Digital is new. The work behind it is not.

There are no client logos on this page yet, and I am not going to borrow anyone else’s. Here is what I have actually built.

Led an agency’s AI initiative

Chose the tooling, built the internal systems, and trained the team on what the technology is genuinely good for and where it is not worth the trouble.

Built knowledge systems

Turned scattered process docs, policies, and knowledge that lived in one person’s head into answers a team can get in seconds.

Built workflow automations

Reporting, customer communication, and the repetitive steps in between, connected across the tools a business already runs on.

Ran paid media for service businesses

Years of it, for service and multi-location companies. Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.

I am taking a small number of founding clients for 2026, at founding pricing, in exchange for permission to write up the results. That is the trade: you get a lower price and my full attention, I get the case study this page is missing.

A little about me

Hi, I’m Justin.

I’m originally from Michigan and now live in Valencia, Spain. I’ve spent the past several years working inside a marketing agency, helping service businesses and multi-location companies improve their marketing, follow-up, reporting, and internal processes.

I like getting inside a business, finding the messy or repetitive parts, and building practical systems that make the work easier. I’m curious about new technology, but I care more about whether it is useful, reliable and simple for your team.

You’ll work directly with me throughout the project. I build and monitor the systems personally, explain what is happening clearly, and tell you when something is not worth building.

FAQ

Straight answers.

No. We can start with the process causing the most frustration and determine whether automation would actually help.
Usually not. The goal is to improve how your current tools work together.
Yes. Ownership, documentation, and ongoing usability are part of the process.
We’ll recommend it. Custom development only makes sense when it provides a clear advantage.
That is our primary focus, but we can work with other service companies facing similar operational problems.

Is the problem actually lead follow-up? If new leads, missed calls, and unsold estimates are what is going quiet, that has its own system and its own page.
